Mayor Aspacher Appoints Brad Holman as City Engineer

Mayor Aspacher announced to City Council on February 18 his appointment of Brad Holman as City Engineer.  Mr. Holman grew up in northwest Ohio, attending Arcadia High School.  He obtained a Civil Engineering degree from Ohio Northern University in 2009.  After graduation, Mr. Holman worked for an engineering firm in Toledo designing water and sewer lines along with wastewater treatment plants for nearly 10 years before joining the City in November 2018 as the Civil Engineer.  Brad and his wife Katie have two children and live in Bowling Green.

In making this appointment, Mayor Aspacher noted Brad’s experience and his dedication to this community.  The Mayor said “Brad has tremendous experience designing and engineering public utility projects.  I am very excited to see how he takes his years of experience from the private sector and applies them to helping update and upgrade Bowling Green’s infrastructure.”  Mr. Holman’s appointment is effective immediately.
