2020 Fall Basketball

Location: Bowling Green Community Center

Fall Basketball Flyer

 

Youth basketball is back in a skill session form! Weekly drills and skills competitions will help your child progress while having fun! Activities will focus on all aspects of the game. Each weekly practice is 60 minutes long. Each session runs for 3 weeks. T-shirt included. Each session will have a limited number of participants to ensure social distancing practices and individual training focus. The program will follow guidelines and suggestions from the Ohio Health Department.

 

Quick Play Sports

Location: Bowling Green Community Center & Athletic Fields

 

 

This 4 week program consists of a variety of sports related activities. Participants will participate in skills challenges to keep physically fit while having fun. Sports such as basketball, soccer, football, kickball/whiffleball and running are a few examples of sports that will be played. Each weekly session will last 60 minutes. Program is limited to 9 participants and all activities will follow current sport guidelines under the Ohio Health Department.

 

Kindergarten Basketball

Location: Bowling Green Community Center

Ages: 5-6
Time: 6:00P – 6:45P
Dates: 10/8 – 10/29
Cost (Res/NRes): $20/$29

This 4 week basketball program consists of a variety of skill based activities. Participants will participate in skills challenges to keep physically fit while having fun. Each weekly session will last 45 minutes. Program is limited to 9 participants and all activities will follow current sport guidelines under the Ohio Health Department.

 

Tennis

Location: Bowling Green Community Center

 

The Bowling Green Community Tennis Association will hold an introductory tennis skills clinic for children ages 4-9. This clinic will cover the fundamentals of tennis as well as develop motor skills relating to the sport. Low compression tennis balls will be used and free loaner racquets are available. COVID-19 Statement:
This program will operate under the requirements of Responsible RestartOhio and the guidelines of the Bowling Green Community Tennis Association and Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department.
Masks are required inside the building.
Participants must wear masks during the program when social distancing cannot be maintained.
