HOW DO I SELECT THE CORRECT PARTICIPANT FOR THE PROGRAM?
After you select the activity that you would like to sign up for click the “Family Member to Enroll” drop down menu to select an enrollee.
How do I enroll without a session number?
Click SHOP-ENROLL BY LISTING and click on the activity session number to enroll.
You can also click on a picture to bring up a group of classes instead of the entire listing.
How do I select multiple activities?
Go to Shop-Enroll by Activity List or Enroll by Picture
Click on the blank square boxes next to each activity that you want to enroll for.
A check mark will pop up for activity selected.
Click the “Enroll Now” button at the top or bottom of the screen.
Select the family member to enroll for the program selected and click “Add to Cart.”
You can not select multiple family members for multiple programs.
Only one enrollee can be selected for multiple programs.
There was an error processing my credit card. What could be the problem?
Be sure you have selected the appropriate credit card type (Visa or MasterCard) in the drop down box. It will say WEB VISA or WEB MASTERCARD simply because it is being processed over the internet.Enter your card number without any spaces or dashes. The expiration date should also be entered without any dashes or slashes. If you still have trouble, contact our offices at (419) 354-6223. We do not accept DISCOVER.
I'm supposed to have a credit in my account, how can I check?
The Parks & Recreation Department has stopped credits on account. If you had a previous credit on account we converted the credit into a Gift Certificate. Please e-mail us at for your Gift Certificate Number, Pin Number & Amount.
How do I use a Gift Certificate to pay for programs online?
It’s easy! At the payment screen select “Redeem Gift Certificate.” Type in your Gift Certificate Number and Pin Number. Select the amount you would like to use.
What if I enrolled for a program and it rejects my enrollment?
The online registration system is very sensitive. It is crucial to have the correct account information in our main system. This includes correct grades, birthdays and pass holder status. Call us at (419) 354-6223 to make sure this information is up to date. If your child is in a different grade or age then the program allows please call or e-mail us.
