Fitness Quote: “Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body; it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” JFK
Fitness Philosophy: Fitness isn’t about being better than someone else; it’s about being a better you. Not only a better person on the outside, but also on the inside.
Experience / History: I graduated from University of Findlay in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Strength and Conditioning and an Associate’s Degree in Personal Training. Since 2011, I have been working at Mercy College as an Adjunct Professor teaching fitness classes to the students, faculty, and staff and as a Manager at a fitness facility in Sylvania, OH. In 2013, I graduated with my Master’s Degree from University of Toledo in Recreation and Leisure Studies. I then began working as a Fitness Tech at the Bowling Green Training and Community Center where I worked with patrons making fitness programs and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Training Style: I believe in making fitness programs for people based on their interests and individual fitness goals. By doing this, I want to keep them motivated so they keep coming back and working toward the fitness goals they want to achieve.
Personal Interests: I enjoy running, playing soccer, enjoying time with my family and friends, and reading.
Weaknesses: Netflix and anything with sugar!
