Fitness Philosophy:

It doesn’t matter what age and body type you are because if you put in the time and dedication and surround yourself with positive thoughts you will achieve the results you are looking for.

Education/Experience:

Competitive dancer in high school, Dance Minor from The Ohio State University Class of 2010, trained with The Radio City Rockettes, former Professional Cheerleader for The Columbus Crew and The Lake Erie Monsters, Certified in Balletone, Zumba, and Tabata Bootcamp, First Aid/CPR/AED Certified

Training Style:

I put together unique, tough fitness moves/dances but will always manage to put a smile on your face.

Personal Interests:

I breed/raise/show rabbits, love dancing, and living on a farm. I like to say I was always a country girl who was stuck in the city.

Weakness:

It is so embarrassing for me to admit but being a dancer for so many years I have never been able to do the splits! But…the more I stretch and workout I can feel my body getting stronger each and every day and one day I will achieve the splits.
