1. I'm moving, how do I transfer my electric, water, and sewer service?: Call the Utilities Business Office at 419-354-6252 and request service changes.

5. Do you require a security deposit before I can get service?: No, we do not require security deposits. All it takes is a phone call to the Utilities Department at 419-354-6252 to get service in your name.

6. Where can I go for assistance to pay my bill?: Call the Salvation Army at 419-352-5918. If you have children in the home, call Job and Family Services at 419-352-7566.

7. The electricity is out; who can I call to get more information?: If electricity is out during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm, please call 419-354-6260. After hours, please call the Police Division Dispatch at 419-352-1131.
