Brown Bag Music Series Returns

The City of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department along with the College of Musical Arts at BGSU are pleased to announce the return of free musical performances for the community to enjoy at the Simpson Building this Winter and Spring.  

People are invited to bring their own lunches and come together as a community to socialize before the event. Hot and cold drinks will also be available for purchase as well. 

The scheduled dates for these performances are as follows:

  • Friday, January 26, 2024: Dr. Terri Sanchez, flute; Kevin Bylsma, piano
  • Friday, February 9, 2024: Deux Saisons: Kerri Lee Pierson, soprano, Christopher Schoelens, guitar
  • Friday, February 23, 2024: Spectra Trio
  • Friday, March 1, 2024: An Operatic Extravaganza!
  • Friday, March 15, 2024: Flute Chamber Music, featuring the students of Dr. Terri Sanchez
  • Friday, March 22, 2024: A Cello Studio Recital, featuring the students of Dr. Brian Snow

Doors open at 11:45am and the performances will take place between 12:15pm and 1:00pm.  The Simpson Building is located at 1291 Conneaut Avenue.
