In recognizing the challenging times of our local businesses, the City has implemented modified guidance to allow for the expanded use of temporary signage, outdoor dining, and the use of parking lots for business activities.
American Municipal Scholarships
The City of Bowling Green is accepting scholarship applications in the memory of Lyle B. Wright and Richard H. Gorsuch for their exemplary leadership in public power. The nominee will be reviewed by the American Municipal Power Selection Committee. Applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on December 16, 2020.
2020 Leaf Collection
Public Works began collecting leaves during the week of November 9. Leaf collection is available for addresses that are eligible for refuse/recycling collection and is not connected to the regular refuse/recycling collection schedule. New!! Follow progress of the collection on a map.

2019 Water Consumer Confidence Report
The city publishes and distributes an annual water quality brochure that explains a variety of water quality and health related issues concerning the cities water supply along with contacts, general information, recent and ongoing improvements at the treatment plant.
