Want an account opened or closed?

You must notify our Customer Service Department in the Utilities Business Office at least 3 working days before the date that you want service to begin or end.

You simply need to call the office at 419-354-6259 and we can take your request for service over the telephone.

When you call the office, you need to have the complete street address for the service you wish to start up or discontinue. We also will need a phone number, social security number and the name, address and phone number of your closest relative.
