Special On-Street Parking Permits (Not for City-owned parking lots or meters) To obtain a permit to block on-street parking spaces, call the Municipal Administrator’s Office at (419) 354-6204. This type of permit is frequently issued for placement of a dumpster. To pay for a meter to be hooded temporarily, call the Finance Department at (419) 354-6208. |
