Biography

Kristin Otley has served as the Recreation Coordinator for the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department since 1997. She has a BS degree in Park and Recreation Resources from Michigan State University and an MS in Park and Recreation Administration from Indiana University. She is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), and has served on the Executive Board of the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association and the Board of Trustees of the Indiana University Executive Development Program. Locally she serves on many commissions and committees, and is an alumnus of the Leadership BG program as well as Immediate Past President of the BG Exchange Club. She and her husband Ben live in Bowling Green with their daughter Reagan.
