SIMPSON MEETING ROOM 
The meeting room is a cozy area near the rear of the Simpson Building. Carpeting and a kitchenette area make this room the perfect place for a shower or retreat at an affordable cost. Each event includes the set up of tables and chairs for FREE by our staff before the event. A staff member will also be present during your event to accomadate any special requests.

Simpson Meeting Room Layout
We have 6 ft rectangular tables that can seat 6 people at each table.
(6 placements will result in a more comfortable atmosphere)
Hours Available: 11:00 AM - Midnight (Fri-Sun)
9:00 AM - Midnight (Mon-Thu)
Rental Charge:
- Friday - Sunday, any 4-hour block - $125 (set-up included)
- Monday - Thursday, any 4-hour block - $110 (set-up included)
- Each additional hour: $33 per hour
- $275 all-day rental fee
- Security Deposit: $95
- Hourly Charge for Clean-up Service: $25 per hour
Alcohol:If alcohol is served the following applies
- $200 Security Deposit
- A copy of a waiver of liability from homeowner's insurance
