Hours Available:11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Fri-Sun only)

Rental Charge:

• Friday - Sunday, any 4-hour block - $138 (renter must set up)
• Additional Hours-$35 per hour
• Security Deposit: $95
• Hourly Charge for Clean-up Service: $25 per hour

Alcohol:If alcohol is served the following applies

• $200 Security Deposit
• A copy of a waiver of liability from homeowner's insurance

Additional Services:

• 15 Tables
• 50 Chairs
• Community Room with couches
• Kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, countertop and microwave
• Fireplace and wood (Firewood provided)
