Rental Charges:

• Friday - Sunday, any 4-hour block - $55 (renter must set up)
• Monday - Thursday, any 4-hour block - $44 (renter must set up)
• Each additional hour: $11 per hour
• $110 all-day rental fee
• Security Deposit: $95
• Hourly Charge for Clean-up Service: $25 per hour

Alcohol:If alcohol is served the following applies

• $200 Security Deposit
• A copy of a waiver of liability from homeowner's insurance

Additional Services:

• Rectangular tables
• 50 chairs
• Kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, sink, countertop and microwave available with reservation.
