FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I registered online in 2007?
We still need an updated registration form for 2008! You will not be able to register online until we receive the 2008 form. See below for instructions on how to send the form to us.

Where do I get access to login to the system?
If you have not participated in any 2008 programs or have not registered for a Community Center pass in the year 2008 call us at (419)354-6223 or e-mail us at bgparks@bgohio.org to receive access. You can also print our registration for by clicking below to start the process without leaving home. E-mail it, fax it back to us at 419-353-6535 or mail it to 1245 W. Newton Rd to receive access. Note on the form that it is for online registration.

Where do I put my Household ID number and zipcode?
There will be a screen that will ask for your USERNAME and PASSWORD to log into the system.
USERNAME=Household ID number
PASSWORD=Zipcode

How do I find my Household ID number?
Your Household ID number can be found by looking at a 2008 activity, pass or customer receipt.

Your number is one- to five-digit number.

On your customer receipt, the household ID number appears in the upper right hand corner just under the Receipt # and Payment Due Date information.

How do I find my Password?
Your password is your current zipcode. If you have moved call us at 419-354-6223 so that we may verify your new zipcode in the system.

There was an error processing my credit card. What could be the problem?
Be sure you have selected the appropriate credit card type (Visa or MasterCard) in the drop down box. It will say WEB VISA or WEB MASTERCARD simply because it is being processed over the internet.Enter your card number without any spaces or dashes. The expiration date should also be entered without any dashes or slashes. If you still have trouble, contact our offices at (937) 296-2587. We do not accept DISCOVER.

I'm supposed to have a credit in my account, how can I check?
After logging in to the system, select
My Account then View My Shopping. Any credit will be displayed on this screen next to the Total Activity Balance for Household. If your credit does not appear, call our offices at (419)354-6223 for assistance or email us at bgparks@bgohio.org. If you have a pass credit from one of our special offers this will not show up for an activity.

How do I use a household credit to pay for classes online?
After verifying the credit is in the system, add your classes to your shopping cart. When you proceed to the checkout, the system will automatically deduct your credit from your total bill. The remainder must be paid with a credit card. If the credit covers the total bill, no credit card information is necessary.

What if I enrolled for a program and it rejects my enrollment?
The online registration system is very sensitive. It is crucial to have the correct account information in our main system. This includes correct grades, birthdays and passholder status. Call us at (419) 354-6223 to make sure this information is up to date. If your child is in a different grade or age then the program allows please call or e-mail us.
