TRAINING STYLE
My training style is very client oriented. I enjoy finding new and innovative ways to meet my client’s specific needs. I want my clients to enjoy working out and to feel the benefits they are working towards with each workout session. My role is to increase awareness, give new challenges, motivate, and work with each and every client to fulfill their personal goals in the most effective and efficient way possible.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
F I believe that physical activity and healthy living enables everyone to get the most out of what life has to offer. Finding energy to do not only daily tasks but to stay upbeat through those busy days relates all back to your personal wellness. I firmly believe that exercise should be a habit in everyone’s daily lifestyle in order to enable an overall feeling of well-being physically and psychologically. Now more than ever physical activity is a must, the benefits are simply endless.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
I I am a senior in the Exercise Specialist program at BGSU. I have also been group fitness leader for two years. I am certified in Personal Training, Kickboxing, Pilates, Spinning, CPR and First Aid. I attend fitness conferences at every chance I get and am always researching the latest trends on fitness and health!
PERSONAL INTERESTS
I love every aspect fitness has to offer, from strength training to flexibility, gaining or cutting weight, all are interests to me. I plan on graduating and pursuing a master’s while continuing training on the side. Making a difference in one person’s life is an achievement to me, and seeing someone progress through workouts and lifestyle changes is a true passion of mine.
