FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
F I believe that our bodies are precious gifts and we need to take care of them through our eating and exercise habits. I firmly believe that participating in regular physical activity helps us cope with stressors and daily life disruptions. In addition, it can improve our mood and increases self-esteem. I think each individual approaches exercise in a different way and with different goals and I am happy to assist people in reaching whatever goal they would like to work towards. The better we take care of our bodies now, the better they will treat us later!
