Fitness Philosophy: It has been proven: proper diet and exercise is the key to youth. Whether you are 12 years old or 50 years old, daily activity and exercise can keep you feeling young and energized throughout your life. If you want to live long and well, it is my philosophy that there are two things you must do—eat right and exercise!
Training Style: I enjoy one-on-one personalized fitness training. Every person has different goals and needs; therefore, individualized programs are necessary. I personally find great satisfaction watching and helping someone go through a complete body transformation! I have truly found what I love to do, and I hope to improve as many lives as I can as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.
Experience/History/Education: I am a 2005 Graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. Through this extensive program, I completed relevant course work in client evaluation, detailed anatomy and physiology instruction and extensive instruction on nutrition and proper diets for fitness, performance, and health. I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NPTI Certified Nutritional Consultant and certified in CPR and First Aid.
Personal Interests: I love spending time with my wife. I also, obviously, have a true passion for resistance training and exercise in general. Exercise for me has a significant impact on both my personal and professional life. I especially enjoy going fishing and golfing, although, putting can be quite a challenge for me!
