BG Bicycle Safety Commission Encourages Bike Registration

 

 

BOWLING GREEN—The Bowling Green Bicycle Safety Commission is sponsoring a helmet giveaway program to encourage residents to register/license their bicycles with the Bowling Green Police Division.

 

The first ten city residents to register/license their bikes at the BG Police Division in May will receive a free bike helmet.  There is a $3 fee for the bike license.

 

Bike licenses are issued at the Safety Building located at 175 West Wooster Street.  The following information is needed to complete the registration: owner name, phone number, and address; bicycle make, serial number, and color; and type of bike (boys or girls).  Additional information and on-line registration can be found at:  www.bowlinggreenpolice.org/bikereg.php
