The City of Bowling Green and the Wood County Health District have created an informational brochure to help educate and inform residents about the Zika Virus.  The Health District website has additional information posted to help answer questions about this issue.

Mayor invites community to Interfaith Breakfast

Bowling Green Under Snow Emergency

Safety Director Lori Tretter has declared a snow emergency for the City of Bowling Green effective at 7:30 am, January 12, 2016. Two inches of accumulated snow has been reached, automatically triggering the emergency. Cars must be moved off designated snow streets by 9:30 am. Cars not removed are subject to towing and/or citation.

Joint City Council/Planning Commission Hearing

City Council and the Planning Commission will hold a joint hearing on January 12th at 6:00 pm regarding the property at Church Street and Wooster Street along with a report from the Green Space Task Force.  The hearing will take place at the Wood County District Public Library, 251 N. Church Street.
