Construction Update:

Conneaut/Fairview Paving Update:

The Conneaut/Fairview paving project is progressing.  The western portion of Conneaut Avenue has been paved, with the exception of the area between Wintergarden and Lafayette which will be paved in 2018.  The focus is now on the eastern portion of Conneaut Avenue, from Haskins to Grove, and Fairview Avenue, from Conneaut to Poe.  Milling is scheduled to begin tomorrow, August 10, and will continue at least through Saturday, August 12.  Once the pavement has been milled, the surface course of asphalt will be applied – which is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 14.  In total, this work could last through the end of next week.

Manville Waterline:
Work has been delayed due to equipment failures.  The project is tentatively scheduled to begin tomorrow, August 10.  The waterline replacement project will occur on Manville Avenue, from 3rd Street to Napoleon Road.  Throughout this work, portions of Manville will be closed to through traffic during the day.  Once the waterline is installed and service lines are connected, boil advisories will be issued.

The schedules described above are dependent upon weather and progress of work.  Questions about this should be directed to the Engineering Division at 419-354-6227.
