Finance Department Primary Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable for all non-utility divisions
• Certification of funds availability for all non-utility purchase orders and all City contracts
• Payroll processing for all City employees
• Financial statement preparation
• Investment records
• Debt Service records
• Special Assessment records
• Property/Casualty Insurance and Employee Healthcare Insurance programs
• Monitor loans for Revolving Loan program and HOME program
