A.         First Reading

Ordinance enacting and adopting the 2006 S-9 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance amending and adopting Chapter 153 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding fair housing.

Ordinance authorizing the Municipal Administrator to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for the renovation of the public restroom facilities at Carter Park.
