A.         First Reading

Resolution adopting a Community Housing Improvement Strategy (CHIS) for the anticipated period 2007 to 2011 as approved by the Ohio Department of Development, Office of Housing & Community Partnerships (OHCP).

Resolution by the Council of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, on preventing nuclear terrorism.

Ordinance granting an easement for right-of-way purposes to Buckeye Cablevision, Inc., and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance amending Section 30.86(G) & (H) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding the duties of the Planning Director.

Ordinance establishing interim zoning of A-1 Agricultural zoning for the Waltz property located at 16518 Haskins Road recently annexed to the City of Bowling Green.

Ordinance establishing interim zoning of B-2 General Commercial zoning for the JFD Services LLC property located on Bowling Green Road West recently annexed to the City of Bowling Green.
