A.         First Reading

 

Resolution transferring previously appropriated funds.

 

Resolution authorizing the Finance Director to establish a special revenue fund entitled “Civil Infraction Fund” for the City of Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio.

 

Resolution extending support from the City of Bowling Green for the proposed South College Drive Senior Community.

 

Ordinance providing supplemental appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, during the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2006.

Ordinance amending and enacting Section 33.01(I) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, relative to the non-bargaining salary schedule.

 

Ordinance amending and adopting Section 33.04(D) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding bonus pay for lifeguards.

 

Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to execute a Hydro Matrix Development Cost Sharing Agreement with American Municipal    Power–Ohio, Inc., and declaring an emergency.
