A.          First Reading

 

Resolution authorizing the execution of a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the FY 2007 Ohio Elderly and Disabled Transit Fare Assistance Program.

 

Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor.

 

Ordinance amending and adopting Section 38.02(B) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding civil infractions, and declaring an emergency.

 

Ordinance providing supplemental appropriations for the current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, during the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2006.

 

Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, to enter into a Housing Revolving Loan Fund Administration Agreement.

 

Ordinance amending and adopting Section 33.37(H) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, relating to compensatory time for hourly employees.
