A.         First Reading

 

Resolution transferring previously appropriated funds.

 

Resolution designating financial institutions as public depositories.

 

Resolution amending the Land Usage Section of the Downtown Section of the Comprehensive Master Plan of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio.

 

Ordinance to provide appropriations for the expenses and other expenditures of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2007 and ending December 31, 2007.

 

Ordinance authorizing the Municipal Administrator and the Utilities Director to enter into a contract with the Local Government Services Division of the State Auditor’s office, and declaring an emergency.

 

Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to execute a Professional Service Agreement with Stantec Consulting Michigan, Inc., to prepare a design basis report for low service pump and river intake improvements, and declaring an emergency.

 

Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to enter into an agreement and/or contract with GIS Landmark of Howard, Ohio, for GIS data collection services for the electric distribution system.

 

Ordinance accepting a temporary easement for construction purposes and a permanent easement for right-of-way and utility purposes from Paragon Properties, Inc.

 

Ordinance accepting annexation of approximately 1.045 acres of land in Plain Township, Wood County, Ohio, from Brian & Andrea Wisniewski, petitioners.

 

Ordinance establishing interim zoning of R-2 Single Family Residential zoning for the Wisniewski property on Conneaut Avenue recently annexed to the City of Bowling Green.

3319    Resolution authorizing the Finance Director to change the classification of the “Parking Meter Fund” and “Off-Street Parking Fund” by establishing a special revenue fund entitled “Parking Fund” for the City of Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio.

7621    Ordinance authorizing the Municipal Administrator to enter into a contract with the Bowling Green Convention & Visitors Bureau for the promotion and publicizing of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, to bring the patronage and business of cultural, educational, religious, professional and sports organizations into the City for the benefit of the citizens of the City and the business community thereof, for a period of two (2) years, and authorizing the payment of 55% of the revenue generated by the hotel-motel tax for said purpose, and declaring an emergency.
