Bowling Green has partnered with Official Payments Corp. to offer payment of municipal utility bills over the Internet at www.officialpayments.com and by telephone by calling 1-800-206-9415.
All transactions require a Bowling Green Municipal Utility account number and customer number. The account number is included on the utility bill you received. To verify your account number and customer number, call the Utilities Business Office at 419-354-6252.
Official Payments Corp., the service provider, charges a convenience fee for payment processing. The convenience fee will be approximately $3.50 per transaction.
