Friday 12-4-09:

FINAL LEAF COLLECTION IS NOW COMPLETE IN WARD 4. For Monday 11/7: Crews will be in Ward 1 and it is expected to be completed quickly. Once complete, crews will move into Ward 2.

Thursday 12-3-09:

FINAL LEAF COLLECTION IS COMPLETE IN WARD 3. Crews have moved into Ward 4. (posted 5:00 pm)

Thursday 12-3-09:

FINAL LEAF COLLECTION is wrapping up in Ward 3 and about to move into Ward 4. After Ward 4 is complete crews will move into Ward 1 and then Ward 2.

Wednesday 12-2-09:

FINAL LEAF COLLECTION is underway in Ward 3.

Tuesday 12-1-09:

Leaf collection crews are now in Ward 2.

For Wednesday 12/2: The FINAL LEAF COLLECTION will start in Ward 3 and move into Wards 4,1 and then Ward 2. Once each street is complete, crews will not return. (Posted 9:45am).

Monday 11-30-09:

Leaf collection crews are currently in Ward 1 and about to move into Ward 2.

This will be followed by one FINAL sweep of all four wards to complete the Fall Leaf Collection. The Final sweep schedule by Ward is: Ward 3,4,1 and finally Ward 2.

Wednesday 11-25-09:

Leaf collection crews completed Ward 4 today. For Monday 11/30: Crews will be in Ward 1. 

Upon completion of Ward 1, crews will move into Ward 2. This will be followed by one FINAL sweep of all four wards to complete the Fall Leaf Collection. Look for the announcement of the start of the Final sweep of the City in the local newspapers.

There will be no leaf collection Thursday 11/26 and Friday 11/27.

Tuesday 11-24-09:

Leaf collection crews are currently in Ward 4. For Wednesday 11/25: Crews will be in the the area bounded by Conneaut, Lafayette, W. Poe and Mitchell Rd. Also will be in the Larch Landing, Sequoia Heights, Truman and Madison areas. (Posted 4:30 pm)

Upon the completion of Ward 4, Crews will return to Ward 1 and then Ward 2. This will be followed by one FINAL sweep of all four wards to complete the Fall Leaf Collection. Look for the announcement of the start of the Final sweep of the City in the local newspapers.

There will be no leaf collection Thursday 11/26 and Friday 11/27.

Leaf collection crews are currently in Ward 4. For Tuesday 11/24: Crews will be in the Parker,Vine, Lambert and Wallace area and also the area west of Wintergarden Rd. to Mitchell Rd.

Friday 11-20-09:

Leaf collection crews are currently in Ward 4.

For Monday 11/23: Crews will continue in the areas west of Haskins Rd and east of Lafayette. (Posted 3:30 pm)

Leaf collection crews are currently in Ward 4. Crews will be working in the areas west of Haskins Rd. (Posted 4:45 pm)

Wednesday 11-18-09:

Leaf collection crews are in Ward 4. For Thursday 11-19: Will be working the areas east of Haskins and west of Fairview.

Tuesday 11-17-09:

Leaf collection crews are in Ward 4. Working from N. Main to Fairview areas.

Monday 11-16-09:

Crews completed Ward 3 and moved into Ward 4. 

Friday 11-13-09:

Leaf collection crews are in Ward 3. For Monday 11/16: Crews will complete North St, S. Wintergarden, Pearl, and the south side of W. Wooster. It is anticipated the crews will move into Ward 4 on Tuesday 11/17. (Posted 4:20 pm)

Thursday 11-12-09:

Leaf collection crews are in Ward 3.  Upon completing the Westgate Subdivision, crews will work in the Sand Ridge, Baker, Tanglewood, Coleman, Ash, Birch, S. Wintergarden, North, South and Sharon street areas. There was no collection on Wednesday Nov. 11 for Veteran's Day. After Ward 3 is completed, crews will move into Ward 4. (Posted 8:45 am)

Thurs. 11-5-09:

Leaf Collection crews are currently in Ward 3. For Fri. 11/6: Crews will be in the area from Knollwood to S. Wintergarden (including Westgate). Additional collection areas would be Pearl and the areas from Western to Winfield. (Posted 5:00 pm)

Wed. 11-4-09:

Leaf Collection crews are currently in Ward 3.

For Thurs. 11/5: Working in the Westgate Subdivision toward S. Wintergarden. Also will move toward the Eberly, Gorrell, S. Maple, Buttonwood, S. Grove and S. Church areas. Additional collection areas would be Pearl and the areas from Western to Winfield. (Posted 6:15 pm)

Tues. 11-3-09:

Leaf Collection crews are currently in Ward 2 but about to move into Ward 3.

For Wed. 11/4: After Cherry Hill, Klotz and the numbered streets (Second thru Ninth), the crews will move into Ward 3.

Ward 3 areas are: Knollwood, Donbar, Erie, Harvest and Hillcrest areas.

Mon. 11-2-09:

Leaf Collection crews completed a pass thru Ward 1 today and moved into

Ward 2. For Tues 11/3: Crews will continue in Ward 2 and it is anticipated they will be there for a couple of days. Will then move into Ward 3. (Posted 3:50 pm)

Fri. 10-30-09:

Leaf Collection crews completed Ward 4 today. For Monday 11/2 : Crews will be in Ward 1 and upon completion, will move into Ward 2. It is recommended that Ward 2 areas have the leaves out on Monday as it is anticipated crews may move thru Ward 1 quickly depending on the workload. (Posted 5:00 pm)

Thurs. 10-29-09:

Leaf Collection crews are currently in Ward 4. For Friday 10/30: Crews will be in the area west of Wintergarden and north of Conneaut.

If time allows, may get into The Coventry followed by Quail Hollow.

Tues. 10-27-09:

Leaf Collection crews are currently in Ward 3. For Wed. 10/28: Crews will complete Ward 3 making a quick pass thru Stone Ridge and the areas of Erie, Ordway and Harvest. Crews will then move into Ward 4 working between N. Main St. and Haskins Rd. areas. (Posted 4:30 pm)

Mon. 10-26-09:

Leaf Collection crews are currently in Ward 3. For Tues. 10/27: Crews will continue a sweep of the Westgate area, S. Wintergarden and areas from Western to Winfield. Also will move toward the Eberly, Gorrell, S. Maple, Buttonwood, S. Grove and S. Church areas. (Posted 4:00 pm)

10-22-09:

Leaf Collection will start for the season on Monday Oct. 26 in Ward 3. Several passes of the City will be made. The first locations tentatively scheduled for collection are streets in the area from Knollwood westward to Wintergarden (including the Westgate Subdivision).  The next collection location would be parts of Pearl and areas from Western to Winfield.

10-19-09:

The 2009 City of Bowling Green Leaf Collection has not started yet. It will begin late October/early November. Please watch for updates here on the City of Bowling Green website and the local newspaper.
