Specifications
Below are example specifications in
PDF format from City contracted projects.
All Sanitary Sewer and Water work in the R/W and on Private
Property shall follow City specifications.
Storm Sewer work in the R/W and all residential construction up to 5'
of a building shall follow City specifications. Storm
Sewer on Private Property that directly connects to a City Storm Sewer
or Ditch shall follow City specifications. Commercial sites with
Storm Sewer on Private Property that is downstream from a detention
pond and connected to a City Storm Sewer or Ditch shall follow City
specifications.
Commercial sites with Storm Sewer on Private Property upstream of a detention pond shall follow specifications from the Owners Engineer or City specifications. If City specifications are not used, the Owners Engineer shall include approved materials on the submitted construction plans or reference another specification such as ODOT.
