Planning Commission Minutes – March 3, 2010

The Planning Commission met on the above date at 7:30 p.m. in the Administrative Services Building, 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio.

Members Present:  Burton, Roudebush, Michel, Gaskins, Ash, Adler,

                                       and Robinette.

Members Absent:   Arnold and Ferrell.

MINUTES

The minutes of the February 3, 2010 meeting were approved as submitted.

LOBBY VISITATION: 

Mayor John Quinn thanked Roudebush for his service on the Reinvestment Housing Council, where he made all 35 visits to local businesses.  He is sorry to say this is Roudebush’s last year on the Planning Commission and they will miss his attendance at the visits.  Ash concurred and the Mayor was hopeful another Planning Commission member will be able to serve on the Reinvestment Housing Council.

REZONING

Indian Trace Subdivision from R-1, Single-Family Residential to R-2, Single-Family Residential (except Inlot 7495).

The Planning Commission set this item for Public Hearing at its April 7, 2010 meeting.

REPORT

Representative to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Heather Sayler, Acting Planning Director, said there was no meeting in February.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
