The Planning Commission met on the above date at 7:30 p.m. in the Administrative Services Building, 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio.
Members Present: Burton, Gaskins, Holley, Hess, Ash, Michel, Robinette,
and Arnold
Members Absent: Ferrell
MINUTES
The minutes of the June 2, 2010 meeting were approved as submitted.
LOBBY VISITATION:
Mayor Quinn welcomed Ryan Holley and thanked him for serving on the Commission.
ORDINANCE REVISION
Revise ordinances to add Recreational-Conservation Zoning District; includes revisions to Sections 150.10, 150.16, 150.32, and 150.66.
The Planning Commission set this item for public hearing at its August 4, 2010 meeting.
SUBDIVISIONS
Preliminary Plat Extension for Bentwood Subdivision.
Gaskins moved, Hess seconded that this preliminary plat be approved. Motion carried unanimously.
Preliminary Plat Extension for Newton Landing Subdivision
Gaskins moved, Holley seconded that this preliminary plat be approved. Motion carried unanimously.
S-DISTRICT SITE PLAN
For a new building and parking at Heritage Corner Health Care Campus, 1069 Klotz Road.
Heather Sayler, Planning Director, said that the owners are proposing to build a totally new building that will be used for respite, short-term medical care. She said that part of the building in the future will be used as a medical office and therapy.
The Planning Commission set this item for public hearing at its August 4, 2010 meeting.

REPORT
Representative to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Sayler said there were two variance requests and both were approved.
Ash announced that Heather Sayler is the new Planning Director and the Planning Commission congratulated her.
