The minutes of the January 13, 2010 meeting were approved as submitted. 

Request for Variance

Craig Cheetwood has requested a temporary variance to allow 239 South Prospect to be occupied by four (4) unrelated persons instead of three (3) as permitted until May 13, 2010. 

Meyer moved, Ennis seconded, that the request be approved.  Motion failed 2-3, with Ennis, Waddle and Calderon casting the negative votes.
