Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes
January 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m., City Administrative Services Building, 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, OH 43402
MEMBERS PRESENT: Adler, Waddle, Hess, Meyer, and Reublin.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Ennis and Calderon.

The minutes of the December 9, 2009 meeting were approved as submitted.
Requests for Variance
Matt Leininger, dba Sign Me Up!, representing Uraku Bar & Grill (applicant) and with permission from A & M Green Family Limited Partnership (property owner) has requested a variance to add a sign to the pre-existing pole sign at 1616 East Wooster Street. This sign is located in the front yard setback and a variance was granted for the existing location and size.
Waddle moved, Adler seconded, that the request be approved. Motion carried 5-0.
Lee Liebetreu, with permission from SGI of Bowling Green, Inc. (property owner), has requested a temporary, one-year variance to allow a business (bridal consignment shop) to be located at the property at 909 North Main Street, which is located in an R-2 Single-Family Residential district.
Myer moved, Waddle seconded, that the request be approved with the stipulation that the business will be in operation only from April 2, 2010 to April 2, 2011 and that all sign regulations be followed. Motion carried 5-0.
