The following items will be discussed at the next meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:30 p.m. on the above date.
MINUTES
Approval of the minutes of the June 9, 2010 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
Mary Frobose, agent for High Plains, LLC, (zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential), has requested a variance to erect an 18’ x 10’ addition at 147 South College Drive at the east side. Variances are requested to be able to: 1. Add to a non-conforming use and structure (this is non-conforming because 5 unrelated are permitted to occupy the dwelling and the dwelling encroaches in the side yard setback to the north) 2. Encroach 8.5’ into the required 10’ side yard setback to the east.
Jason Miller, with permission from property owner William Lee Baker, has requested a variance to encroach 6’ into the required 30’ rear yard setback to construct a 16’ x 20’ addition (deck) at the south of the house at 1007 Sand Ridge Road.
