Approval of the minutes of the July 14, 2010 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
John Elias, 345 South Maple Street, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a detached garage that will encroach 11’ into the 25’ front yard setback along Ordway Avenue.
Celeste Beerman, 713 Champagne, has requested a temporary variance to allow a storage unit to be located on the driveway at this residence within the front yard setback until August 31, 2010.
