The following items will be discussed at the next meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:30 p.m. on the above date.
MINUTES
Approval of the minutes of the March 10, 2010 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
Celeste Beerman, 713 Champagne, has requested a temporary variance on Section 150.132 (c) for a portable storage unit to be located on the driveway from April 21, 2010 through July 31, 2010.
Michael Staczek has requested a variance to allow an addition to a non-conforming use and structure, zoned R-2 Single-Family and used as multi-family, by: Enclosing the 16’ x 26’ flat roofed area with a second story at the east end of the building to be non-inhabitable and have limited access, enclosing a portion of the existing second story open walkway, and adding a new stairway access on the east 12’ of the building to match the existing roof and building perimeter located at 228 South College Drive.
