The following items will be discussed at the next meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:30 p.m. on the above date.

Approval of the minutes of the April 14, 2010 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
Tim Spitler, 132 ½ Leroy Avenue (zoned R-2 Single-Family Residential), has requested a variance to erect a 12’ x 24’ addition (deck). Variances are requested to be able to: 1. Add to a non-conforming use and structure (this is non-conforming because there are 2 structures, used as dwellings, on one parcel) 2. Encroach 1’ into the required 10’ side yard to the east.
Josh Knauss, 312 Garden Court, has requested a variance to encroach 15’ into the required 30’ rear yard setback to construct a 15’ x 25’ addition to the east.
