Approval of the minutes of the December 9, 2009 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
Matt Leininger, dba Sign Me Up!, representing Uaraku Bar & Grill (applicant) and with permission from A & M Green Family Limited Partnership (property owner) has requested a variance to add a sign to the pre-existing pole sign at 1616 East Wooster Street. This sign is located in the front yard setback and a variance was granted for the existing location and size.
Lee Liebetreu, with permission from SGI of Bowling Green, Inc. (property owner), has requested a temporary, one year variance to allow a business (bridal consignment shop) to be located at the property located at 909 North Main Street, which is located in an R-2 Single-Family Residential district.
