Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes

MEMBERS ABSENT: Calderon and Merrill

The minutes of the July 8, 2009 meeting were approved as submitted.

Requests for Variance

Celeste Beerman, 713 Champagne, has requested a temporary variance on Section 150.132 (c) for a portable on-demand storage unit to be located on the driveway until September 15, 2009.

The petitioner requested that this item be tabled until the October meeting.

Ennis moved, Adler seconded, that the request be tabled.  Motion carried unanimously.

Paul Rankin, dba Absorbent Products, 2121 South Woodland Circle, has requested a variance on Section 150.16 to allow the construction of an addition that will encroach 4’10” into the 35’ front yard setback on the southwest corner of the addition.

Meyer moved, Reublin seconded, that the request be approved.  Motion carried 4-0-1, with Adler abstaining.
