MEMBERS PRESENT:  Adler, Waddle, Hess, Meyer, and Reublin.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Ennis.

The minutes of the October 14, 2009 meeting were approved as submitted.

Requests for Variance

John F. Newlove, Attorney representing St. Aloysius, 150 South Enterprise, has requested a variance from Section 150.91 (B) to allow the construction of a fence that will be five feet tall, which is one foot taller than allowed and representing Taco Bell, 320 East Wooster, to allow a variance from Section 150.55 (E) (1) to waive the requirement that they erect a fence that is at least 4 feet tall to screen their property from the St. Aloysius parking lot.

Adler moved, Reublin seconded, that the request be approved.  Motion carried 5-0.
