Approval of the minutes of the August 12, 2009 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
Celeste Beerman, 713 Champagne, has requested a temporary variance on Section 150.132 (c) for a portable on-demand storage unit to be located on the driveway until September 15, 2009.
Paul Rankin, dba Absorbent Products, 2121 South Woodland Circle, has requested a variance on Section 150.16 to allow the construction of an addition that will encroach 4’ 10” into the required 35’ front yard setback on the southwest corner of the addition.
