Approval of the minutes of the September 9, 2009 meeting.
REQUEST FOR VARIANCE
Celeste Beerman, 713 Champagne, has requested a temporary variance on Section 150.132 (c) for a portable on-demand storage unit to be located on the driveway until September 15, 2009.
James Smith, POA & Douglas Martin, Agent, for property owners Alton & Wilma Smith, have requested a variance on Section 150.132 (A) to rebuild and enlarge by 19.3% the existing non-conforming structure zoned R-2, Single-Family Residential and used as commercial at 921 North Main Street.
