The minutes of the February 11, 2009 meeting were approved as submitted.

Request for Variance

Joe Baker, 221 Eberly, has requested a variance on Section 150.16 to allow an addition to an accessory building that would encroach 4 feet into the side yard setback. 

Meyer moved, Calderon seconded, that the request be approved.

Motion carried unanimously.
