Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ennis, Calderon, Adler, Reublin, Merrill & Hess                                   

MEMBERS ABSENT: Meyer

All minutes of the meeting including all testimony pertaining to the variance requests were recorded by Joan Woessner, Court Reporter, Common Pleas Court, Courtroom Bowling Green, Ohio.  This record is on file and maybe transcribed for the public record.

The minutes of the May 13, 2009 meeting were approved as submitted.

Requests for Variance

Jennifer Downey has requested a variance on Section 150.59 (A) for a proposed dental clinic at 1060 West Wooster Street to provide 31 parking spaces instead of the required 46 spaces.

Calderon  moved, Reublin seconded, that the request be tabled until the applicant brings it back to the table by reapplying.

Motion carried unanimously. 

Mark and Anita Killy, 1104 Sand Ridge Road have requested a variance from Section 150.16 to allow the construction of an addition that will encroach 9 feet into the 30 foot required rear yard setback.

Calderon moved, Merrill seconded, that the request be approved.

Motion carried unanimously. 

Lucie Hoverson has requested a variance on Section 150.59 (A) for the multiple-family structure at 620 Second Street to provide 8 paces instead of the required 12 spaces. 

Calderon moved, Merrill seconded, that the request be approved.

Motion carried unanimously.    Note Restriction:  Deed restrictions must be filed and proof of such must be submitted to the Planning Department.
