REQUEST FOR VARIANCE
Jennifer Downey has requested a variance on Section 150.59 (A) for a proposed dental clinic at 1060 West Wooster Street to provide 31 parking spaces instead of the required 46 spaces.
Mark & Anita Killy, 1104 Sand Ridge Road, have requested a variance from Section 150.16 to allow the construction of an addition that will encroach 9 feet into the 30 foot required rear yard setback.
Lucie Hoverson has requested a variance on Section 150.59 (A) for the multiple-family structure at 620 Second Street to provide 8 spaces instead of the required 12 spaces.
