The following items will be discussed at the next meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative Services Building at 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:30 p.m. on the above date.

Approval of the minutes of the June 10, 2009 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
Donald Schick, 860 Carol Road, has requested a variance on Section 150.16 for a proposed addition (deck) that will encroach 1 foot into the required 10 foot side yard setback on the east.
Tim Hang, 919 Wilson, has requested a variance on Section 150.16 for a proposed addition (deck) that will encroach 13 feet into the required 30 foot rear yard setback and will cause the primary structure to encroach 4 feet into the required 10 foot side yard setback on the west.
The City of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department has requested a variance on Section 150.132 (C) for a temporary one-year variance to allow the construction of an accessory building at Wintergarden/St. John’s Nature Preserve at 615 South Wintergarden Road.
