MINUTES:  Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting, January 14, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., City Administrative Services Bldg, 304 N. Church St., Bowling Green, OH 43402

MEMBERS PRESENT: Hess, Roudebush, Calderon and Merrill

MEMBERS ABSENT: Ennis, Meyer & Reublin

The minutes of the November 12, 2008 meeting were approved as submitted.

Request for Variance

Robert Gwin, 430 West Wooster, has requested a variance on Section 150.90 (B) (2)  to allow the construction of an accessory building that will encroach 5 feet into the required 10 foot side yard setback.

Calderon moved, Roudebush seconded, that the request be approved.

Motion carried unanimously.
