Approval of the minutes of the January 14, 2009 meeting.
REQUESTS FOR VARIANCE
K & K Properties has requested a temporary variance on Section 150.132 (C) to allow 425 Clough Street to be occupied by six (6) unrelated persons instead of three (3) as permitted until May 10, 2009.
Glen and Karen Graffice have requested a temporary variance on Section 150.132 (C) to allow 127 Troup to be occupied by six (6) unrelated persons instead of three (3) as permitted until May 30, 2009.
Wood County Board of MR/DD has requested a variance on Section 150.59 (A) to allow the number of parking spaces provided to be reduced from 42 to 11 at 1088 Fairview Avenue.
