 In order to be considered for a position, an individual must complete the appropriate application form, which is available below with the job postings. The application must be completed and returned to the Personnel Department by the deadline established in the advertisement. Résumés alone are not acceptable; however, a résumé  may be returned with a completed application.                              PARK LABORER

Part-Time Seasonal Park Maintenance

($7.95 - $11.25 per hour)

Seeking qualified, dependable individuals for seasonal maintenance staff.   Must be able to work flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week for the full term of temporary employment including evening and weekends April - September. Part-time, temporary position(s) staffed through a temporary/leasing agency; no fringe benefits.  This position is responsible for assisting patrons; staffing at the Kiwanis Kids Club and maintaining/cleaning the Bowling Green Training and Community Center (TACC). SUBSTITUTE SCHOOL POLICE
(Adult Crossing Guard)

 

Pay:  $10.98/crossing worked, not to exceed $32.94/day)

 

The City of Bowling Green is accepting applications for on-call adult “Substitute School Police” (Adult Crossing Guards).  Applicants for the position must be available to work at any of the City’s three designated school crosswalks given short notice.  A copy of the locations and times to cover the designated crossings will be provided to applicants. This is a part-time, temporary position without fringe benefits.  Interested persons must complete the application that is available below or that is available in the Personnel Department.  Résumés may be included, but will not substitute for a completed application.
