APPLICATION PROCESS

 In order to be considered for a position, an individual must complete the appropriate application form, which is available below with the job postings. The application must be completed and returned to the Personnel Department by the deadline established in the advertisement. Résumés alone are not acceptable; however, a résumé  may be returned with a completed application. You may also obtain an application packet by visiting the Personnel Department during regular business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  It is acceptable to return a completed application via email to bgpersonnel@bgohio.org, by fax to (419) 352-1262, by mail, or by hand-delivery.  Contact the Personnel Department at 419-354-6200, if additional assistance is required.

TEMPORARY, PART-TIME AND/OR SEASONAL POSITIONS

 

Part-Time Seasonal Park Laborer-Maintenance

Bowling Green Parks & Recreation

 

The City of Bowling Green’s Parks & Recreation Department is seeking two qualified, dependable individuals for its part-time seasonal maintenance staff.  Pay Range $8.10 - $11.25 per hour, no fringe benefits.   Must be able to work flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week for the full term of the temporary employment including evening and weekends. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.  Experience with building custodial, grounds, aquatic facility, small tractor and/or softball field maintenance beneficial.
